Simply limiting the power of Washington to its constitutional constraints and completely scrapping the present tax code and implementing a fairer, flatter tax system will create tens of millions of jobs. CEO after CEO have publicly stated that they cannot justify reinvesting their corporate profits into expansion until there is a stable regulatory and tax environment. While everyone supports clean water and air, the EPA has created tens of thousands of regulations that create an extremely difficult environment to do business in. The seemingly endless micromanagment of every phase of business has contributed to the amount of jobs being shifted overseas, where other countries readily welcome them. The next President should work together with Congress to produce consecutive four year plans of taxation and business regulations so that executives and economic strategists can plan the growth of their respective industries.
